Security Deposit

We require a security deposit of €1000, payable by bank transfer up to 7 days before check-in and will be refunded up to 7 days after check-out if the property and equipment are in the same condition as when they were delivered to the guests. Proof of transfer of the security deposit will be requested at check-in and must be presented. Please note that these conditions do not include the possibility of bringing pets without prior authorization, the absence of which may result in the cancellation of the reservation.

A Municipal Tourist Tax may be charged, if applicable.
