This apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, living room, a kitchenette and two balconies is located in a Tourist Urbanization, Balaia Golf Village, with gardens and six free-to-use swimming pools, free for guests. It has air conditioning, wi-fi and a box with a wide variety of channels. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a washing machine and dishwasher. In front of the apartment there is a free public parking area.
This Urbanization also has a golf course, tennis courts and an indoor swimming pool that can be used for a fee.
There are two restaurants, a snack bar next to some swimming pools, a small supermarket with a café where you can have breakfast and a hairdresser.
The apartment overlooks the golf course and is about a 10-minute walk from Maria Luisa beach and 20 minutes from Santa Eulália beach.
Despite being an urbanization with a large area, it is a very quiet, pleasant place and connected to nature due fundamentally to the gardens and golf course that surround the apartments. It is located in the parish of Olhos de Água, Albufeira, with several beaches, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, shopping centers, water parks... everything that Albufeira offers its visitors.

Please note that these conditions do not include the possibility of bringing pets without prior authorization, in which the absence of this may imply the cancellation of the reservation.

A Municipal Tourist Tax may be charged, if it is in force.
